Band health target: WorldatWork / Radford Tech Compensation Survey 2024 guidance — a healthy pay band typically has 85%+ of employees within 0.9–1.1 compa-ratio. Outliers below 0.80 signal retention risk; outliers above 1.20 indicate band creep that should be justified with documented evidence.
