1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website at asadiqbal.com or the Asad Iqbal Tools mobile application (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Services

Asad Iqbal Tools provides 15 Dubai real estate tools including calculators, comparators, generators, and map-based analysis tools. The tools are designed to assist investors, agents, and brokerages with property analysis, deal evaluation, and market research. The Service is available via the website and through mobile applications on Apple App Store and Google Play.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account using your email address or Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription Tiers & Pricing

The Service offers the following access levels:

• Free — Access to 4 core tools at no cost.
• PRO — Access to all 15 tools. Available in three plans:

All PRO tools are currently available free of charge during the market recovery period. Pricing will be enforced with advance notice.

5. In-App Purchases

Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play are subject to the respective platform's terms and conditions. Billing, renewal, and cancellation are managed by the platform through which the purchase was made. Refund requests for in-app purchases must be directed to Apple or Google in accordance with their refund policies.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service for personal or internal business purposes only. You may not:

• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to extract data from the Service.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit tool outputs without authorization.
• Use the Service in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The tools provide estimates, scores, and analysis for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice. Property valuations, rental yields, deal scores, and other outputs are based on available data and may not reflect current market conditions. You should consult licensed professionals before making any investment or financial decisions. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided through the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Asad Iqbal and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to decisions made based on tool outputs, data inaccuracies, or service interruptions. The accuracy of data, calculations, and analyses provided by the tools is not guaranteed.

9. Intellectual Property

All tools, designs, software, content, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with the Service are the property of Asad Iqbal. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent. You retain all rights to your own data and any content you generate using the tools, including but not limited to property posters, sales offers, and exported reports.

10. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
