This platform exists because one person decided the real estate industry deserved better tools.
I'm Asad Iqbal.
After years of working in real estate, one thing became clear: the industry had a data problem. Decisions worth millions were being made on gut feeling, outdated spreadsheets, and market reports that cost more than most agents earn in a month.
I started building tools to solve that — first for my own team. Yield calculators, deal scoring engines, area comparisons, market dashboards. They worked because they had to. We used them every single day.
It did not take long to realize that every brokerage was dealing with the same gaps. The same questions without good answers. The same tools that were either overpriced or underwhelming.
This platform is the result — a complete toolkit built from inside the industry, designed for the investors, agents, and brokerages who actually move the property market.
