CIM is the self-regulatory body for Monaco agencies. Members follow similar fee scales: 10% + VAT for small deals under €1m, 5-7% + VAT between €1-5m, and 3-5% + VAT above €5m. Not a price cap — negotiable on exclusive mandates.

Fee-Based Services
