NEOM is not one project — it's a basket. Trojena (2029 Asian Winter Games venue), Sindalah (operating since 2024), Oxagon (industrial) and The Line all have independent timelines.
The Line has been descoped: initial phases target ~2.4km by 2030 versus the 170km headline. Plan around that reality.
Sindalah is the only part with operating luxury supply today. Pricing is resort-grade; yields depend entirely on short-let demand stabilising.
For secondary-market investors, NEOM is still pre-market. Direct freehold outside PIF-licensed vehicles is not available. This is a narrative trade, not a rental yield trade.
