2028-2029: Trojena — infrastructure complete for 2029 Asian Winter Games, chalets delivered. Qiddiya Six Flags + Aquarabia operational. AMAALA first hotels.
2030: NEOM The Line — first populated modules (~2.4km). Qiddiya major venues complete. Diriyah Square operating.
Treat 2030 headline populations in all plans as aspirational. Plan cash flow assuming slippage of 18–30 months is normal.
